The growing demand for data on the battlefield creates many new requirements for today’s warfighter – not the least of which is the capability to move large quantities of information securely over long distances. To address exactly that need, Harris is introducing the new Falcon III RF-7800W-OU500 High-Capacity Line-of-Sight tactical radio.

The new RF-7800W provides unprecedented performance in a quick-to-deploy long-range wireless Internet Protocol (IP) system for the battlefield. Enhanced capabilities include:
• expanded data throughput
• longer communication distances
• extended frequency range
